They say when you can't say it loud enough or sincere enough, or are crying too hard, say it with flowers. I called Roadrunner Florist to express my simpathy to our extended family when our Great Grandmother passed away. I waited till the last minute to call and Roadrunner Florist welcomed my request to arrange a nice, soft and loving piece to be delivered to the Mortuary that same afternoon. Thank you Pamela and Tina  for your prompt personal care. The arrangement was so well received that some commented to me just how beautiful "my" flowers are. Thanks for your kindness, skill and customer service.

Very curteous, friendly and helpful on the phone in choosing what arrangement to send. Just order the arrangement today, so the arrangement has not been received. I will be back to give another review once the arrangement has been received. As far as customer service goes I give this florist shop an A+.

WOW! Not only did Tina take my order on a Sunday morning, she went to the shop after hosting a party at her home to create my arrangement, and personally delivered it to the hospital for my new great nephew! Then, she called me at home to let me know the arrangement had been delivered, and offered to post it on Facebook so I could see it too. Now that's the kind of customer service worth bragging about! I won't hesitate to use Roadrunner again, and I'll recommend them to my Arizona friends and family too! Tina, you rock!

I went to Roadrunner florist and purchased " Stargazer Lilies" for my mother and fathers anniversary. They have bloomed sooo beautifully. Pamela and Tina were both wonderful to work with. I would recommend Roadrunner to anyone looking for a florist !!!

I am really glad I chose Roadrunner Florist from the myriad of others! From the initial greeting I received when I called, to the picture of my arrangement they created and posted on facebook so I could see it; I could not have been more satisfied. They took time to clarify my order and then invested their heart to ensure what they created for our daughters birthday would denote just how truly special she is to us. Thank you Pamela and Tina!! I called Roadrunner Florist & Basket Express from the Yellow Pages in Phoenix, AZ. I live in Michigan and wanted to send flowers to a friend who had just moved from Michigan to Phoenix. After calling and finding out that the owner was initially from Michigan, I was happy. But I was even happier when I learned that my floral arrangement could be delivered the same day as my order. Then when my friend called after receiving the flowers, I was so pleased that I had chosen Roadrunner. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful (I was told by my friend). Thank you to all at Roadrunner for making my day and that of my friend.

Roadrunner Florist is a delight! Every time I call I know I'm going to send exceptionally fresh flowers, delivered just when I need them. They call before they deliver the flowers (yes, you might think that ruins the surprise, but have you ever had a florist deliver flowers to a neighbor or worse yet leave them outside) and they're always beautiful. No delivery in a box here. I woudn't lower myself to that anyway, and neither should you. I even went into the shop last week and they gave me the "nickel tour"...worth a dime! You should see all the vases and containers they have to choose from! Next time I'm going to be even more specific (I think I'll pick purple) and I know Roadrunner will do a great job!

If there's anyone out there who wants a professional florist that will cater to your needs, I most highly recommend the " Roadrunner Basket Express Florist there in Phoenix, Az. My girlfriend who lives there in Phoenix was totally impressed with the flowers from " Roadrunner. She said her roses were absolutely gorgeous & breathtaking ! That's what a customer should hear ! I had the best experience I've ever had in dealing with a flower shop. I actually got to meet the owner of the shop, and she was so helpful. She helped me choose just the perfect flowers for my dad's funeral and then they delivered them to the church the next day. I couldn't be happier. I'll tell you this, I'll never shop at one of those

I would like to thank you for the amazing help with the flowers. By the time we got done putting them in a vase and arranging the flowers just the way me and my mom wanted them they looked absolutely beautiful. Hi Folks,
I called yesterday from Red Wing, MN and ordered flowers for a friends birthday. You may recall I told you that I had ordered flowers through FTD. FTD had a dozen flowers shipped inside a cardboard box in a vase without water via UPS. Needless to say that the flowers arrived at my friends house dead. Nice impression huh. But your shop made it right. You delivered a beautiful arrangement just moments ago. That would have been enough. But you also remembered the story, wished my friend a happy belated birthday and apologized for the other delivery problem (which was not your issue). What great service. This is typical. You have been the most responsive, friendliest person I’ve worked with, and the only one who sent me a receipt! I expect the others will, but I want you to know I’m impressed and very appreciative.

I regularly search the internet for local florists in the delivery area of my recipients, and when I Googled Phoenix and found your site, Roadrunner was the only one with ONLY positive reviews. There were several others, but they each had more than two negative reviews. It’s tough to know for sure doing something like this, but I know I’m going to want to keep your information on-hand for future deliveries in the Phoenix area.
